*What types of payment do you accept?
Our website accepts online payments through paypal (www.paypal.com), an online web payment system that has been widely used for years and offers a free secure online payment method for buyers using their credit card or local bank account. No paypal account is required to use their service.
*How fast do you ship and what method?
Pretty darn fast! We will generally ship on completion of orders placed by 3:00 pm EST. But we will always have items sent within 3 days of your payment should there be some glitch with computers! ALL PACKAGES will have TRACKING used by USPS or UPS (which depends on size/weight/delivery destination). If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email on your order, please let us know.
*I am outside the United States, can I buy from your website?
No. We ONLY accept payments from and ship to addresses within the USA. Sorry, we also no longer respond to questions asking for an exception to this policy!
*What is it like to buy from your website?
Our goal is for a successful and pleasant experience. We understand the importance of knowing what's going on. You will be sent an email confirmation once your item(s) shipped (generally same day as your order is completed) Item descriptions will list condition.
